Power Filter All Markers

When using Power Filter, if I select All Markers and the markers I selected are different types (such as a Single Icon and a General Tag) the filter works correctly, only showing those topics (and their branches) that contain the Single Icon AND the General Tag. But if I select All Markers and select multiple markers within a single marker type (such as 2 General Tags) the results are the same as using Any Marker, showing all topics that have either (or both) of the General Tags. This limits the value of General Tags, where I have a very large map and want to view just the topics that are related to both of the tags. Instead I have to filter on one tag and look at every topic to see if it has the other tag.
