Group or hierarchically connect topics of flow-chart

Is it somehow possible to group all topics of a flow-chart, or to add a hierarchically structured map in the background of a flow-chart in order to transfer them in a single "map roll-up" operation in another central ressource planning map?
Why do I want to do this? I would like to roll-up all topics of a flow-chart in another map and this is not possible if I roll-up a standard flow chart.
