MindManager 2016 printing running on Windows 11 is not functional
A client has been using MindManager 2016 on a Windows 11 PC with no printing issues.
He has recently transferred to a new PC same set up.
I have run an app Repair in Windows settings. No change.
Print functions that are failing include:
1. One page print preview is printed over 2 sheets. Nothing apparently wrong with MindManager or Printer setting.
2. In the MindManager print dialog buttons such as "Preview", "Page Setup", Paper Orientation choice do not work.
Anyone else had this problem and a solution?
Is an upgrade to current version the only solution?
AND something I have to check with client if he has paid an annual subscription.
