Images missing in HTML 5 export

Exporting a map to an HTML 5 interactive map, I noticed that some images were missing in the resulting file. These images are placed inline in a note text (created with Strg-T / Ctrl-T).

The error is presented in this way:

6d1589ebf7b74956f39c5a745c2554dd

Is this a known limitation or more like a bug?

Hello Werner,

I cannot reproduce this issue with MindManager Windows 22 and support for MindManager 2018 is now discontinued. If you are seeing this issue with a later version of MindManager, please contact our Technical Support team.

Hello Marian - thanks for the clarification.

This probably means it's likely a bug and I'm SOL?

Hello Werner,

It's hard to say whether it's a bug. From a support standpoint, we support the most current version of the software and 2 major versions back.

A couple of suggestions -
If some images are missing but others are displaying correctly, check if the file extensions for the images are consistent. Also, when adding Images to Notes, use the attach image option in the Notes Control instead of Copying/Pasting.

I hope that helps.

Best,

-Marian

That helps a lot - using the attach image option instead of using copy/paste did the trick for me.

Thanks very much, Marian!
