Automatic scheduling does not work

I use MM 22. I created a few tasks with a finish to start dependency. In one case, two subsequent tasks do not follow one after the other: some delay is introduced. I removed the slack, to no avail. The first task ends at 10:15. The second should therefore start at the same time. It starts at 11:00. It is not even possible to overtype the starting time. What is going on here?

What units are the task durations defined in? Tasks with the duration specified in hours will start on hour boundaries. To start tasks on a minute boundary the task duration must be specified in minutes.
