How can I sync Task Duration & Task Effort info with MS Outlook (365)

When syncing Tasks wo Outlook, info on Task Duration and Task Effort seams not to be stored anywhere in the Outlook task, and Task Total Work & Actual Work info in Outlook task is not shown anywhere in MindManager. This limits the potential use of MindManager as a planning tool for Outlook tasks.

Are there any workarounds for this? Adding and using a custom field in Outlook is acceptable (though not optimal).
