License Key canot be used against any of my email addresses because maximum number of registrations

Hello,


In the last hour I bought a MindManager license using email address for the invoice as tjmhyde@hotmail.com

I unfortunately tried registering the license key against my professional account. tom.hyde@sword-group.com. Unfortunately this did not register correctly.


Now when I use tom.hyde@sword-group.com it informs me the license key is already used and maximum amount of licenses. However I cannot login with tom.hyde@sword-group.com

I cannot use the license key against the personal email address either tjmhyde@hotmail.com


Can you help? I would be quite happy to use just one license key against the account tjmhyde@hotmail.com
