Planned System Upgrades on May 30th at 7 am EST / 4 pm CEST

Hi MindManagers,  

We will be performing an upgrade to our MindManager cloud systems on May 30th at 7 am EST / 4 pm CEST. The upgrade should take approximately up to 90 minutes. During this time, customers may experience interruption of MindManager cloud services at various times. These interruptions may include inability to sign in to MindManager and/or errors when using cloud features and products such as co-editing, publishing, MindManager Snap, MindManager Web, MindManager for Microsoft Teams, and MindManager for Chromebook.
