To avoid problems be sure MindManager and MS-Office are all on the same bit version.
So I would get rid of the 32 bit software in your example.

Ich have Environment with MS-Office-Installation 32-Bit and 64-Bit on different Computers! I wonder if i have to distribute different Mindmanager-Installations (corresponding 32 or 64) or if i can distribute only one 64-Bit-Mindmanager-Installation for all!

The MindManager bit version must match the bit version of Microsoft Office if your users intend to use the Outlook Linker, Excel Linker and Microsoft Project integrations.
