Getting error (1:2562) Element while opening on mmap on mindmanager on PC?

I have .mmap file and I am trying to open it on my PC Mindmanager (V21.0.261) and get this error
(1:2562) Element
'{http://schemas.mindjet.com/MindManager/Application/2003}SubTopicShape' is unexpected according to content model of parent element '{http://schemas.mindjet.com/MindManager/Application/2003}Topic'.
Expecting: {http://schemas.mindjet.com/MindManager/Application/2003}ImageThumbnailSize.

This issue is caused by an invalid character in the Map's XML. Please open a case with MindManager Support and attach a copy of the map and our technicians will repair the file and send it back to you - MindManager Support
