What has happened to balance map function?

Using latest Window version.
Have a very unbalanced map.
Used to use "Balance Map" a lot and now can't find it for a radial map.
No mention in help that I can find.
Help!
Balance map can be found under the design tab. Shortcut is ctrl-alt-B
Ofcourse you have to set your map to radial map to use it.
In my maps it works fine with mm22
