upgrading from MindManager 13.2 to MindManager14

I bought MindManager 13.2 on June 2021 and the formatting panel is not working, are you to fix this issue or you will upgrade my license to MindManager14 for free?

There is an update available for MindManager Mac 13 for MacOS Monterey compatibility, which resolves the issue with the formatting pane.
Please either use the Check for Updates function within the application or visit our download library here to download and install build 13.2.206 - Support (mindmanager.com)
