Upgrading from MindManager Enterprise 2020 (for Windows) to 2021

Hi all,
I currently hold a MindManager Enterprise 2020 license (including MindManager Software Assurance) and it seems that MindManager 2021 has been out for some time.
Is this a free upgrade for those holding the Enterprise 2020 License?
If yes, do I need to uninstall my existing MindManager Enterprise 2020 before processing with the upgrade?
