Upgrade Protection Plan Not Showing up for new version

Hi all,

I purchased the annual protection plan back in April for MindManager for Mac.

When I log into my account, there is no way for me to upgrade MindManager to the latest version 14. I don't even see show the Ugrade Plan as being listed.
