Snap Addin MS Edge doesn't allow to login

the Snap Addin in MS Edge doesn't work anymore. Maybe because of the beta test?

Hi Andreas,

The MS Edge Snap extension is working fine for me on my end. I would suggest you try to uninstall and reinstall the extension and if that does not work, open a case with MindManager Support.

Hi Marian,

I installed it on a brand new computer and synchronized my Edge.

I uninstalled the app from the Edge again, but no changes. I can't log in. Nothing happens if i click on it

I'm having the exact same issue.

In addition to remove / reinstall I've:

Reset browser
Deleted profile / Created new profile
Ensured MM was green-lighted in firewall (along with [*.]mindmanager.com)

No other issues with other add-ins.

I have no problems using a program call

It doesn't seem to work for me either. I try to send a snap and nothing happens. The Chrome app seems to be working fine.

Hi All,

Why I cannot reproduce the issue with logging in, I can reproduce the issue where content sent from the Edge extension is not showing up in the Snap Queue and I have escalated this issue to our QA Team.

I'll update this thread when I learn more.

Hi Marian,

it likes like we can't reach the MindManager queue server.

btw. my Android app ist dead for half a year 😭 and the support can't reproduce the problem either. Maybe that's the reason why the is rated with only 1 star and nobody is using it
