tablet mode and textregocnition

I'd like to activate the tablet functionality on my normal PC without touch or pen support.
That is for transforming the handwritten meeting notes on my office PC using big screen and keyboard.
How can I acitvate this function?
That doesn't work, if you don't have a Tablet PC. MindManager is recognize this automatically.
Maybe there is a specific setting in the Registry.

The Table PC functions in MindManager are available when this function is enabled in Windows. There are no settings within MindManager directly.
