Set "open link outside" as default

I know I can use the combined CTRL-Left-Mouse-click to get MindManager to open links outside of the application but is it possible to set this as default behaviour?
Even if I'm only using my laptop's monitor, I find it far easier to swap between my maps in a MindManager window and the external link in a separate window than trying to use both within the MindManager window.

Under the Home tab in the Ribbon, click on the bottom part of the Link button and untick this setting -
