I support this in principle but some thought would have to be given to how it would be implemented.
For example, how would the text added by the SmartRule be added to text already in the topic? You would probably need three options for the trigger - replace any existing text, add inserted text to the beginning of any existing text, and add inserted text to the end of any existing text. Both the latter options would also need to consider the addition of spaces between the added and existing text.
