Connect with To-do is easy. You can use the Outlook-Linker in the Advanced-Ribbon.
To-do reads your tasks from Outlook and MindManager can also read and synchronize Outlook task. You can even send branches with task info to Outlook. Send it as a task not as a date. That's important.
It tested this early this year and it work very fine. I can even check, add and change tasks an my mobile phone and get ist synchronized in my to-do-mindmap
