List only relevant properties in formula editor

Recently I used to work with properties and formulas a lot and noticed that the formula editor lists all the properties of all the topics of the map.
Does it make sense to list all the properties of the host or selected topic only, since all the rest result in 0 value?
I like this idea
This could make sense, but only as an option, Not always, since I can imagine situations where you wish to create a formula with topics that are general for the whole map.
