mindmanager文件打不开，提示错误提示是：ZIP压缩处理出错，无效文件格式，目录记录没找到。请问如何恢复这个而文件？

昨天下午修改的一个mindmanager导图文件，今天早上就打不开了，提示错误是：“错误提示是：ZIP压缩处理出错，无效文件格式，目录记录没找到。”
今天早上打开软件，从开始菜单栏点击快捷方式，怎么也打不开。后来进文件夹，才能打开导图文件，但是昨天一起编辑的两个文件，其中一个就打不开了。请问这个是什么原因？如何解决这个问题？数据丢失的文件怎么恢复？
