Balancing Gantt Chart

I am looking for the command to Balance or Reculculate the Gantt chart to provide for available time of allocated resources. for instance, if I have 10 tasks of varying priority, without dependancies, all of which will require 1 hour of a single resource which only has one hour per week available, the balancing or recalculation should result in the tasks being spread over the timeline to balance the tasks with available resources.
