Web version map closes unexpectedly

- On my ipad-2 with iPadOS 26.4.1, I go to https://app.mindmanager.com.
- I sign in with my mm account.
- I create a new rightmap with empty content.
- I enter a title for the central topic.
- I add a subtopic and give it a title.
- The document is closed automatically.
- After reopening, I see the content I entered with exception of the last addition.
Thie happend with Chrome browser.
When using Firefox it happens already after step 4. The system then displays “websocket error”.

We have not been able to reproduce this issue. Can you please confirm the iPad model number you have and what version of iOS is installed?

My iPad now runs iPadOS 26.5. The model is called iPad Pro.
I just repeated steps 1 - 5 (see above): all worked fine. The document is no longer closed automatically.
When I close the document manually and reopen it afterwards the complete map is still there.
So it seems the problem has been solved.
