Renewals - how can I make that happen over a weekend!!

Does anyone know how to get contact with Mindmanager to renew a subscription over weekend - I need my data and the renewals@mindmanagers.com bounces back with a info to send to other address renewals-team@alludo.com and jacko.bgodanier@alludo.com
those addresses also bounces back - how on earth can I get to customer service if I badly need my data and continue my work?
pls. do not say IT department - I am that department and there is no renewal on the admin portal

I sent a note to our Sales Team to contact you to help with the renewal. We are closed on weekends. I will also have someone look into the issue with the emails bouncing back.
