Mindmanager Go app

Hello, I'm a user who uses the official Mind Manager app at work. I'm using it on my laptop, so I'm using Google Drive on my Samsung tablet, the Tab 10 FE, and the S24 mobile. After installing the app on the S24, I confirmed that the MindManager Go Android app worked. I also confirmed that it works both on the web and in HTML. I followed some of the hints from this community, clearing the app's cache and reinstalling it, but nothing has worked. At one point, it suddenly crashes and a pop-up window appears saying "WebView crash." I've tried everything, including quitting the app, but it won't open. It stays on the MindManager Go loading screen, then closes without even filling the loading screen. Now, it won't even open on the web. Neither of these methods works. First, it's not working on my S24 mobile phone. The Tap 10 FE is the same. I installed the app and tried opening files from Google Drive or other OneDrive accounts, but they don't open. Is there a problem with the app itself? It seems like there's a serious issue with it, since it used to work but now it's not.
