Hi,

I have a subscription for the Professional version, and I am currently using MindManager 24. I see that there is MindManager 25 available, and I received advice to update my version. How can I update to MindManager 25? I tried, but I encountered an error during installation that says, "an error has occurred."

I had the same. And found a solution.

I first closed MM 24 and did a download/install from the support - download page and after that it worked fine
