Jira Integration - mapping "Blocker" and "Minor" priorities

Hi everyone,

Our MindManager users are having difficulty syncing the Jira priorities "Blocker" and "Minor" as there don't seem to be sensible corresponding priority numbers in MindManager for these priorities.

One of our projects has the priority levels Minor > Low > Medium > High > Blocker. However, when users try to sync the MindManager contents with the Jira Project, an error Message appears and the sync fails.

"Error sending the changes for the branch [BRANCH] to [JIRA INSTANCE]. No valid priority value was found."

If in MindManager you switch from priority symbols to numeric values, the priority levels correspond as follows:
Minor = 10001
Low = 4
Medium = 3
High = 2
Blocker = 10000

There seems to be a workaround involving SmartRules, but the issues are still not synced back to Jira and entering numeric values, like 10000 for Blocker, is counterintuitive.

Surely we are not the first users that are trying to sync the "Blocker" and "Minor" priorities and we can't revise our priority matrices just because MM doesn't map them properly.

Regards,

Paul
