How to set the topic box resizable while text inside auto-wrap

Hi, I have a map file created by very old version of Mindmanager, in which I successfully set the topic box resizable while text inside auto-wrap. But I cannot find the settings in Mindmanager 24. Can anyone advise how to set it? Thank you!

Mindmanager technical support accepts this feedback. The issue currently only appears in the latest map file format when Chinese words input into topic box, while English words work still perfectly.
