Enable user-selected background colours for topic notes

These days you can change the background or fill colour of almost everything in MindManager - topics (obviously), maps, text tags, resources and even topic information.

Everything that is, except for one thing - topic notes. Still after all these years and many versions there is only one colour for topic notes backgrounds, and in a bit of a reversal of Henry Ford's famous comment about colour options for Model T Fords, you can have any colour you want for these, as long as it's white.

Now this being MindManager, inevitably there is a workaround which I described recently in this thread: https://community.mindmanager.com/topic/2981-improvements-in-notes-suggestions. This is to create a single-cell table in a topic note, enlarge this cell and choose a background colour for it, thus giving the illusion that the topic note has the colour background. True, it is relatively easy to do this, but if so why can't the same approach be adopted to properly provide a background colour for the topic note itself?

I first proposed this three years ago (and I'm sure others have as well) but it's worth raising again. And when (hopefully rather if) this is introduced I would like to suggest also that this feature be implemented with both the ability to set a default background colour for topic notes for the whole map but also to override this and apply a different topic notes background colour on an individual basis to specific topic notes.

And yes, I support all the other previously-suggested ideas for improvements to topic notes but I suspect most of these would require a complete rewrite of the topic notes editor. I'm not a programmer but it seems to me that topic note background colours would be a much less problematic change to make, given that a similar feature has already been introduced for topic information and the ability to do this with tables in topic notes exists already.

I d like the idea of improving the topic notes editor.

However. I personally hate the dark-mode so it needs to be a choice for those who want it and thos who don't.
