publishing causes internal server error 500

When I want to publish a map on new maps I receive an publish error:

9050afe0e17293adfc010f3fb1772393

however, already published maps can be opened, and when edited still be re-published, no problem. So the connection is OK I suppose.

What is the matter and how can I solve this? Since my students like the access to online published mind maps a lot.

Hello Hans,

I cannot reproduce this issue. Are you still seeing this error?

Thanks,

Hello Marian, thanks for asking. I have had this issue for several weeks, actually since installing MM24. While overthinking this, I remembered that I didn't de-install the MM23 version before installing the new version. during the installation of MM24 the software has de-installed the former version itself.

I decided this evening to de-install MM24, then do a complete restart of my system and then reinstall MM24. Now the issue seems to be gone. :-).

So for me the take away of this seems to be that although the new version can de-install the former version for you, it probably leaves some parts that might disturb the new version in functioning. You always should de-install the former version yourself prior to installing the new version.

grtz., Hans.
