Mindmanager failed to connect to Microsoft Project

There seems to be a problem.

I have the same problem with MM 24 and MM 23.

It has always worked with MM 23.

Have you checked if MindManager and Microsoft Project are the same bit version. Both applications will either have to be 32-bit or 64-bit.

I have confirmed the bit versions are the same.

Issue is now resolved:

Steps Taken

1. In MM, go to File -> Options -> Check Add-In options and confirm Microsoft Project Import and Export is ticked
2. In MS Project go to File -> Options -> Add-Ins and confirm MindManager Add-In was present under Active Application Add-ins
3. Create a MM mind map and ensure it is saved to a One Drive share (I originally had the save pointing to local downloads folder which is not synched with MS one drive)
4. Ensure Microsoft Project is open
5. Within MM go to File -> Export -> Microsoft Project -> Choose Local -> choose same One Drive folder where map is saved -> choose Export all map topics and click Export
6. Map exports as expected

Glad to see the issue is resolved.

I had to activate the DLL of version MM 23 in MS Project, now it works for me too.
