Allow Mind Manager to run on ARM

According to the last topic I could find, MM doesn't run on ARM. Now that the Surface Pro line is running ARM, I expect my next Surface to be on ARM and MM is a MUST for my Surface!!!

#metoo, moving away from x86 to ARM is a way of de-americanization for my organization.
many poles besides the US-EU one have also licensed to make ARM cpus e.g. even russia, china.
one can TRY use the win10 arm emulator to run it.
for apple, the emulator is good. (from x86 to arm),
for MS, some programs runs exactly well.

InformationAt the moment MindManager requires x86 support to run, and it will not run natively on an ARM machine.
Windows 10 ARM does support emulation for x86 apps, but compatibility and performance of MindManager working in this mode hasn't been fully tested and is not guaranteed.
