Can no longer use Mind Manager 21 on Windows

I have been using Mind Manager for a long time and have upgraded several times. I don't use it often so I don't know when things go broken. I'm attempting to use Mind Manager 21 on Windows 10 and 11 (I have a valid license and shown on my account) that has worked just a year ago and now will not start up. The popup screen when it first loads isn't rendering anything and is coming up all white. It hangs indefinitely and if I close it MM also closes. Is there a known solution for this problem?

You have to login every 30 days or so

I can't login because the login screen is blank and never renders.

Hi Scott,

I suggest you try uninstalling MindManager 21 and then reinstall using the links here - https://kb.mindmanager.com/125300/#section3

Support for MindManager 21 has been retired. I suspect the blank screen issue is due to not having WebView2 installed on your system. You can install that separately here - https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/?form=MA13LH#download

I already tried that and I also setup a fresh install of Windows 10 in a VM to test if it is related to something in Windows 11. It is the same problem for the originally working install on my Win11 machine and the fresh Win10 install. The login screen is blank.

I'll try the Webviee I stall tonight and post back. Thank you!

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling using the download link you provided (as compared to the previous version I had downloaded) and that did fix it up. Thank you for that! So now I'm wondering why it doesn't update itself!
