I want to introduce MindManager to a small UK dental practice and wonder what is the best option, pricewise?

IF you have 5 or more users, the best price and functionality is with MindManager Enterprise subscription.
If you have less... Take individual Professional subscriptions

It also depends on whether everyone needs to have full access. If some staff members need read-only access this can be done by exporting or publishing HTML5 versions of maps.
