Is it possible to determine what to drop at a topic

In my add-in, I want to use hyperlinks. If I copy Objects from our application and paste them into a topic, a hyperlink is created.
For this, I am using an event with the following event mmEventFlagDocumentClipboardPaste and it is working fine.
If I try to drag an object from our system on a topic it does not accept my object.
Is there a way to determine which objects can be dropped on a topic? I did not find a DragOver Event.
You can close this topic. I dont know why it wasn't working but know everything is working fine and i can drop my objects perfectly.
