Free Reader discontinued? It's odd and inappropriate. PDF reader is official and free to dnld.

hi,
years ago i saw an official mindmap reader to dnld, so your friends can view the map freely,
just like PDF. this increase the market share/popularity.
currently,
NO reader is found in the download library.
and i do not see any links/methods that tell what to do.
if i want to share a mindmap to my friend,
what should i do? exporting to HTML is not a good idea,
just like you share a PDF instead of exporting to rich text/jpg for you friend.

i am asking because i wanna put the .mmaps on google drive and share out
indeed i think android's mobile go doesn't need license,
and it DO CAN read google drive content without the writing function.
however this is not the case on windows platform.

worst case: ask friends to import using freeplane, but there will be some info lost.
when i go thru with them, i do want them be able to use F3 to collapse the map,
and then browse 1 branch by 1 branch together.
so a static one like word is no good.
