My essential license doesn't work. it seems to be due to duplication of expired free trial and my essential license.
when I purchased essential license, the state is that free trial was applied. so in my account, there are two taps. one is essential license that I recently purchased and another is free trial that already expired. I want to enter into main menu to use mindmanager normally but I was stuck on pricing page which notified me that my free trial is expired. I cannot know how to resolve this issue. is ther anyone who know how to solve?

I see your subscription is valid. MindManager Essentials is for the web app only and does not work with MindManager Windows or Mac. If you prefer to use the desktop applications, you will need to purchase a full subscription.
