purchasing mindmanager not possbile actually - buy button not working

It seems it is not possible to purchase Mindmanager. The 'buy' button doesn't initiate the purchasing process. There is not a browser issue on my side (cache cleared, tried different browsers, extensions disabled etc). In addition it is not possible to raise a support request to mindmanager. The submit button gets not activated, regardless of completeness of the form .
