Extracting costs per resource
Discussion Open
Dear community
I have created a project management map with different resources allocated to different tasks and phases. I would like to extract the total cost per resource. Could not find out how to solve it through filters or export.
I hope it helpfully.

Hey René, that looks super. How do you create such kind of magic? Can you give me a hint where to look?
And since you are a power user: Can I allocate Heidi with 1 hour and Paul with 3 hours to the same task?
Grüsse, Manuel

step 1
set hourly rate for resources

set hourly rate for resources
Found AutoCalc meanwhile. But I do not manage to solve my task. So let me be a bit more specific.
Since I did not find out how to allocate more than one resource to a branch with INDIVIDUAL efforts, I created a separate sub-branch for each resource. Seems complicated, but it does the trick.
Now I would like to calculate the total costs for each resource (see black branches). Can I do this with AutoCalc?

step 2
switch to the gantt chart and select the task and edit it. Change the number of hours for the resource.

MM does the rest with the formulas.

Thank you René. Very helpful and forthcoming. Unfortunately the story ends here
Reason: MM does NOT have this functionality in the macOS version – although we can receive a Windows version with formulas and they work.
Once again totally p*ssed off with MindJet. Why? We pay the same price. Yet MM for Mac is full of bugs. And misses plenty of functionality. WTF! Sorry for my rant.
