Fix the default category for "Share an Idea" on the forum

At the moment when you click on "Share an Idea" at the top of the forum page a dialogue box appears but instead of being flagged as an Idea in the top right corner the flag defaults to "Question". If you don't correct this the topic is posted as a question rather than an idea.

This isn't a huge problem but it's annoying and is potentially confusing for new users who might not realise the significance of the flag and assume they have posted an idea and not realise that it will appear in the forum as a question.

The fix is simple - click on "Share an Idea" and the Idea flag should appear, and click on "Ask a Question" and the Question flag should appear, and the items should be classified accordingly.
