Link Behavior: Links not honoring target frame = 'New Window' in new version (23.2.209)
Discussion Open
After the latest update, my links are no longer able to open in a new browser window despite having set the behavior in Link>Advanced>Target Frame.
<CTRL+LEFT CLICK> still works.
Is it me? Can someone else confirm?
Thanks,
Adam
Hi Adam,
I have tested it (version 23.2.209 and it works fine.
1. In a brownser window
2. It also works in the internal window

Hello Adam,
These settings only apply to the legacy 'Export as web pages' feature, which is semi-retired and disabled by default in MindManager 23. Are you experiencing this issue with this feature?
To have topic links open by default externally, un-check the box in Rene's screenshot in step 1 above.
Thanks,
-Marian

Hi folks,
Thanks for looking into this. I'm using the App, and perhaps this is the semi-retired behavior you describe. Unchecking as René pointed out does resolve the issue. Thanks!
Previously, I was using the Link>Advanced>Target Frame: New Window to display any links I wanted to open outside of the app and the others would open within the app. Is there still a way to do that or is it 'all or nothing?' Perhaps I should be transitioning to the browser ;)
Thanks,
Adam

Hi Adam,
You can select on the link where it should be opened.
I would like to be able to specify how each link is opened
