How to filter for undone tasks?
Answered
I am using Mind Manager 23 on Mac (mainly the desktop version) for task tracking, along with many other things.
I want to filter large task files to show only tasks that are not yet done - that is, "percent complete" does not equal "done." I can create a filter like this easily, but it doesn't work. I have contacted technical support, and I was told that there is no ETA for resolving this issue.
Does anyone know of a "work around" that will allow me to see only tasks that are not complete?
I quickly implemented my idea in MM Win. I can't say whether it works for MM Mac.
The first workaround works with a property and a formula
Another workaround would be to assign a tag for branches that are not finished and then filter them.
I quickly took the pictures in the German version. I hope it is understandable

Hello David,
I second René's suggestion to use a SmartRule. Create a SmartRule where the trigger is Task Progress - Is Less Than - Done
and choose an effect.
Best regards,
