Can't start MindManager 23

When I try to start up my MindManager 23 (a fresh installation on Windows 10 22H2), I get a script error and a blank window appears together MindManager app. When a close the window, the app crashes as well. (see pics attached)

Can you tell me please - what can be a reason for that?

Hello Alexey,

MindManager 23 requires the Microsoft WebView2 runtime to be installed, which does not appear to be enabled on your system. You can install WebView2 from here - https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/?form=MA13LH#download

Choose the 'Evergreen Standalone Installer' option and download the bit-version that matches your computer.

Hello Marian

Thank you for your reply. I have installed the Microsoft WebView2 in my system.. I must confess that Microsoft Internet Explorer blocked on my computer. I prefer to use less inquisitive browsers from independent developers such as FireFox, Opera and etc.

Is there any way to use browser other than MS IE with MindManager?

Hello Alexey,

MindManager can only use WebView2 browser emulation for authentication dialogues, MindManager Snap and other in-product web page dialogues.

You can set hyperlinks added to MindManager topics to open in the default browser on your system but WebView2 is a requirement to use MindManager Windows 21.1 and later.
