MindManager Snap for Android doesn't start and I'm not able to send anything - see screenshot

Clearing the cache make no difference

Can't log in

There is a workaround for this issue.

Try clearing the storage and cache for the MindManager Go App on your Android device and then re-launch the app.

It has help me.

Hi Andreas,

Clearing cache alone won't resolve the issue. As René suggests, clear the storage and then try re-launching the app.

Ich hatte lange das gleiche Problem. Hab dann den Workaround vom Support bekommen und es hat geholfen. Neu Anmelden war noch notwendig.

Wünsche viel Erfolg.

One more try and it just doesn't work

- deleted the cache

- restart app

= crash

- reinstalled app

= crashed again
