Cannot edit my MindManager files

What has happened? I have a sub with MindManager Essentials and use the Web app to create/edit my MMAP files. I now cannot edit my own files when I open them on the web? I have tried it on Mac and Windows. I get the cannot edit button and I cannot open one of my recent files, the system just hangs and hangs and nothing happens. I use these files for work and need to edit them. Is this due to the upgrade?
I have a current license bought in Jan this year so there should be no issues there.
