Jira integration error

When attempting to import or refresh an import, I get an error of the form below.

I have 3 different Jira Cloud instances (in good standing) and I see similar errors regardless of the settings I use for the import.

In some cases I do get some of the information populated in the mindmap, but it's not reliable or repeatable.

My Jira trial is running out next week so I'd appreciate a prompt reply to this or an extension of the trial to allow me to properly evaluate the product.

I have asked our support team to log a case and contact you and if allowed, capture Network logs (i.e. from Fiddler) when running the import.
