Read-only mode

I have been using Mindmanager without any problem. However, today I am only able to open a Read-Only version of the program in my computer 1. My subscription is due on March 3, so it doesn't seem to be the problem. I tried logging out and then logging in again, but it didn'd work. However, it is working well in my computer 2. Then I closed the session in computer 2, but I'm still unable to edit in computer 1.
