Show tag fill colours in the tag setting menus

Tags can be assigned to a topic in the Home > Markers > Tags menu and also in the Tags command in the topic context menu.
It would be great to have the Tag fill colour echoed in these menus, for example with a tag image in the same colour.
I like this idea
And likewise for the Resources tab on the Task menu and the Resources context menu when you click on a resource in a topic. These should also display the allocated Resource colour.
