I ask Ghat GPT with your question and get this answer:
"To share your Mindmap with your groupmates, you can follow these steps:
Export the Mindmap: Most Mindmap software allows you to export your Mindmap into various formats such as PDF, image files (JPEG, PNG), or even as a document (Word, PowerPoint).
Choose a Sharing Platform: Decide on a platform where you and your groupmates can access and collaborate on the Mindmap. This could be cloud storage services like Google Drive, Dropbox, or collaboration platforms like Trello, Microsoft Teams, or Slack.
Upload the Mindmap: Upload the exported Mindmap file to the chosen platform. Ensure that the sharing settings are adjusted so that your groupmates can view or edit the Mindmap, depending on your collaboration needs
Share the Link: Once the Mindmap is uploaded, share the link to the file with your groupmates via email, messaging apps, or through the collaboration platform you've chosen.
Collaborate: Encourage your groupmates to review and provide feedback on the Mindmap. You can also use collaborative features provided by some platforms to make real-time edits together.
By following these steps, you can easily share your Mindmap with your groupmates for collaborative studying."
For MM and your wish to show & discuss, I think its better to use the exxport function as html file.

hi,
i found that if you simply expand all the topics, may be hide some non-important topics,
then export as an image and share to them is already good.
when they open they simply could pan across like a map.
would be benefited if i knew earlier.

Well done.
It seems that in many or most of your questions or ideas Mindmanager offers a simpler solution.
So I suggest you search for those in future, instead of thinking of macro's / chatgpt stuff etc.
This will save us a lot of time.
