Move a Task up or down in Gantt Chart view

This seems easy but I'm not finding where to move a task up or down within a Gannt Chart. MM is saying its not an options. Seems like it would definitely be an option.. but, maybe not.

The order of tasks in the Gantt chart can be either in map order, or in start date order. This is set in the Gantt options.
